Nathaniel Orr (Writer/Producer)
Nathaniel started his writing career at the University of Kentucky with a series of short plays. He continued to write through out his studies at UK and at the University of Texas where he got his MFA. After which he moved to New York City with his wife Paula. While in the City he interned at I Am The Clay Productions, which led to a gig with Engel Entertainment. There he worked on several shows for Discovery Health, VOOM HD net, and an independent documentary on Liberty University’s debate team. Afterwards he was hired on to several small independent productions in NYC and LA. Most recently, he has had a featured script optioned and is currently finishing his adaptation of Proust's "Remembrance of Things Past".
Paula Sword Orr (Writer/Producer)
Paula entered Zombie territory in the Fall of '74. She did what she could to fit in with the humans in her small Ohio town, but mostly felt like a freak. Unlike Billy Z, Paula became a meatatarian. One of her favorite offal delights is BRAINS, but she's also up for the occasional liver, too.
After leaving the Heartland, she took to writing to express her feelings about being an outcast from human society. Because she's so fond of BRAINS, she's also developed a skill for cooking them in various, fabulous ways. Some of her writing and her recipes can be found on her adventure blog at flirtatiousbaker.blogspot.com.
Nathan Pata (Director/Producer)
As it happened, Nathan learned at a very early age he was in love with film-making as he constantly invited friends over to make ridiculous little films in the backyard with his Hitachi VHS camcorder. After earning the coveted certificate in “Broadcasting of the Television Arts” from the prestigious school - Diablo Valley Junior College, Nathan became a film auteur of comic book and pop culture parody. He has developed several short films, directing the ongoing internet series - I.M.P.S. (impstherelentless.com) and most recently Sally Loves Billy. He is in production of directing a music video for Wardens, and the highly anticipated internet series – Pandamonium.
Nathan Pata’s pop culture mavenry draws from classic films, retro fashion, and good scotch. He has an imressive collection of restored steamer trunks, tuxedos from each of the past 10 decades, and a prized signed art piece by Jackson Publick himself. Luxury.
Nathan is currently continuing his post-graduate studies at Art Center of Pasadena. Nathan says, “Accomplishments like this should not change the perspective of ego.” He added, “But then again, Nathan is referring to himself in the 3rd person.” As we all should Nathan, as we all should.
Laura Renee James (Duchess/On Set Acting Coach/Producer)
Laura first performed with hairbrush in hand for her bathroom mirror. It turned out the stuffed-animal response was overwhelming, and since then Laura never looked back. She spent time performing musical theater in junior college, and attended the California Institute of the Arts graduating with her BFA in Dance.
Laura began her acting studies with Elizabeth Gamza, and the last four years studying with Cameron Thor at Carter Thor Studios.
Recently, she is in a reoccurring role on the web series, "Goth Girl".
Her life long dream is to be in a series drama where she can fine tune her talents in "exposition", confound would-be evil doers, and fool her audience by devising a twist that would reveal herself to be the archvillainess.
Laura has been having a blast being Duchess in the Sally Loves Billy web series, and is excited to further advocate the segregation of zombies from the human race. Vote No on Prop Z. (The Owners of this blog and Sally Loves Billy wish to say that all views in the bios are not views of said Owners and Sally Loves Billy. They are not to be held responsible for such comments.)
Natalia Reagan (Sally)
Natalia Reagan was born and raised in the lovely San Fernanado Valley just outside Los Angeles. She began acting in grade school where her breakthrough performance was playing a Tyrannosaurus Rex in the first grade play (a role usually reserved for boys). After tackling prehistoric reptiles, Natalia moved on to play penguins (“Mr. Popper’s Penguins”), men in drag (“The Emperor’s New Clothes”), and old ladies (“How to Succeed in Business…”). Her first professional acting gig was playing a dancing Chicken McNugget in a McDonald’s commercial and she has continued to play odd-ball characters in television shows including “My Name is Earl”, “Everybody Loves Raymond”, “The Parenthood”, and “The Drew Carey Show”. Most recently she played a pregnant prisoner (with a black eye) in the teen road comedy “Sex Drive” and landed the role of “Mindy” on the hilarious ABC show “Better Off Ted”. She is also a sketch comedy writer and member of the Omelettes, an improv comedy troupe that performs in the Los Angeles area. Aside from acting, Natalia’s other passion is primate conservation and she is currently working on her masters degree in biological anthropology at Cal State Northridge. She shares her apartment with an ornery rabbit name Trixie who is both incredibly attractive and impossible to please all while having an ass that just won’t quit.
